We want you to be fully satisfied with your Cole Haan purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a flat return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn footwear or apparel in the original shipping box and affix the prepaid label to the outside, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
